RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
How to complete your return/exchange:
- Check to see if your return is eligible by reviewing the requirements below.
- Return shipping is not free. You are responsible for shipping to and from on your returned/exchanged items. If the item is defective we cover shipping back to you.
- Once items are received, we then process your exchange order. Please allow up to 15 days for us to receive and process your return.
Return Requirements:
- Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tagging.
- Defective products are handled on a case-by-case basis. To determine if your product qualifies as defective, email cali@staunchtradition.com
- All returns must be made within 30 days of your original purchase.
- Products must have been purchased from www.staunchtradition.com, if the items were not they must be returned at the location they were purchased.
